Think About Your Eyes is a national public awareness campaign, presented by The Vision Council and the American Optometric Association and made possible by the support of 20 vision industry companies. The campaign, which launched in 2013, encourages the public to schedule an annual eye exam and promotes the importance of overall vision health. Proceeds from Vision Expo, co-owned by Reed Exhibitions and The Vision Council, are used by The Vision Council to support this campaign to educate consumers about the importance of vision care and the options in eyewear and other related products.

Patients who take action because of Think About Your Eyes have a shorter exam cycle—from 24 months to 14 months, an improvement of 45 percent.
