Exhibitor Dashboard

Promote your company by adding press releases, new products, show specials, and other news in your exhibitor dashboard. We’ll spread the word from there.

Free Media Relations and Exposure Tools

By supplying timely and newsworthy information to the media, you can earn coverage in both trade and consumer publications.

  • Make our media outreach, your media outreach.  The Vision Expo team is here to help spread your message. Make sure to share any newsworthy information with us by updating your Exhibitor Dashboard, tagging #VisionExpo on social media or emailing directly to shows@thevisioncouncil.org.

  • Post a release on our website to the “Exhibitor News Releases” section of our website. Simply log into your Exhibitor Dashboard, choose the option to add your company logo, product images, press releases and brochures and follow instructions.

  • Distribute press kits.  All consumer and trade media attending International Vision Expo must check in at the media office. Drop off copies of your press kits for reporters and editors to gather information for upcoming articles.

  • Hold a press conference. Reserve the press conference room, including AV, free of charge. Vision Expo will also help you reach trade and consumer media to drive press conference attendance.

  • Use our Step-by-Step Guides. Social Media & PR Guides. The PR Guide will share best practices and timelines for maximizing your message to media. The social media guide gives you tips curated by Vision Expo’s social media agency.
