It's in the best interest of quality of patient care that technicians and other office staff understand the basics of these conditions in order to provide accurate information. This two hour talk will provide an important and essential understanding of a number of anterior segment, posterior segment, and neuro-ophthalmologic conditions in order to better prepare the listener for answering these questions.
