Q: What else do I have to take care of?

Q: Is it too late to order STAFF BADGES?

A. You can order your badges right up until the show, to do this you will need to log into your Exhibitor Dashboard with your ID & Password. You will receive a confirmation email with bar code for each badge which can be picked up onsite at the “ALREADY REGISTERED EXHIBITOR with Bar Code” desk.

Q: Where can I find information about transportation?

A: Click on the Travel tab and see all Airport & Hotel Bus Shuttle schedules and routes.

Q: How can I drive traffic to my booth at the show, do you have any programs?

A: Take advantage of the Free Customer Invitation Program and invite your customer and prospects to the show for FREE and save them $150. View our Free Marketing page to review the benefits and advantages to using our other free marketing programs.

Q: What do I still need to do to get prepared for the show and not miss any deadlines?

A: Check out the 2017 Exhibitor Manual for the Exhibitor Checklist and online calendar for all deadlines coming up and links to the corresponding website.

Q: How do I add Show Specials and how will attendees find them?

A: : It is very easy to add Show Specials and it can be done when you log into your company listing in the Exhibitor Dashboard. There are many options to choose from and we publish them online and in the Vision Expo Mobile app. This is one of the #1 topics attendees look for!

Q: I forgot to order my badges, how do I get them?

A: Just order your badges as you would have through the Exhibitor Dashboard with your ID/PW and you will get a confirmation email with BAR CODE. Bring your bar code with you and pick up your badges onsite at the Javits center.
