What is the cost to attend Vision Expo East?

Exhibits only registration fees:

  • Early Bird Rate - $75
  • Pre-Show Rate - $100
  • Onsite Rate (March 15 – 18) - $150

What is the Express Badge option and how does it work?

Badges will no longer be mailed to exhibit hall attendees and conferees prior to the show. You will receive an email confirmation with your personal barcode that will allow you to print your badge at the show from our Express Badge Kiosks located in the Registration Area. Please remember to bring your confirmation letter with personalized barcode with you to the show.

What is the International Vision Expo Hotel Reservation Deadline?

Please note: onPeak is the only official housing company associated with Vision Expo East    2018. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequence.

How can I register for Education if I have already registered for the Exhibits Only?

Registration is not yet open, but when it does and you have questions about your package, please contact the Client Services Department at 1-800-811-7151 or 203-840-5610.

Are there Shuttle Buses from the show hotels to the Javits Center?

How do I get my credit for the classes I took at Vision Expo?

NEW! Course Attendance Verification

Vision Expo has made strides on improving the timeframe for verifying course attendance for Education attendees. To expedite the process, you will now be able to access CE Attendance Letters onsite via the Vision Expo website and mobile app.

Follow these simple steps to access your CE Attendance Letter:

  1. Visit www.VisionExpoEast.com and click on the Register tab at the top of the page
  2. Click on the Request Your Course Attendance Verification Letter link
  3. Enter your Registration ID and click the submit button
  4. Confirm the email address you want your CE Letter sent to and click Submit

Please note, the Course Attendance Verification Letter will only include courses that you have attended. Vision Expo will also email your CE Letter to you after the Conference. Be sure to provide an email address with your registration record so that your CE Letter can be emailed to you. If you did not provide an email address when you registered, please call Client Services at 800-811-7151 to update your registration record. You should submit this letter to your state boards of optometry/opticianry and national accreditation agencies for license renewal.

To access your CE letter from the courses you took at Vision Expo East 2017, click the “Register” button on the home page and then click the link that prompts you to access your letter on the top of that page.

How does Vision Expo ensure my safety?

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events.

Everyone attending our events should be aware that the following are in place:

  • Security staff may approach you to assist outside, at entry or inside the event
  • Staff and attendees are required to wear ID badges provided
  • Security procedures are fully operational at our events
  • Bag checks are in operation at our events
  • Walkthrough or hand held scanners may be in operation at our events
  • CCTV in operation at our events is monitored and recorded
  • Uniformed and covert Security Guards are in attendance at our events
  • Uniformed and covert Police are in attendance at some of our events
  • Canine Security and Detection is in operation at some of our events

Everyone attending our events is requested to:

  • Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended
  • Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious or just out of place to a member of event staff
  • Remain patient and courteous with event staff undertaking security checks
  • Follow the instructions of event staff at all times
  • On their final visit to the event, dispose of their badge inside the event or when they’ve returned home, not in bins immediately outside the event
  • Carry a recognized form of photo ID with them at all times
