Located in the heart of New York City’s historic Garment District at 247 West 37th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue, you’ll be in walking distance to other great hotspots afterwards like Madison Square Garden, Herald Square, Times Square, Penn Station and Port Authority. Please visit the OptiCon Hub (Booth #G1164) to exchange your ticket for a wristband.  You will need this wristband to enter Stitch Bar and Lounge.

Educational programming will cover four key areas: Spectacle Lens, Contact Lenses, Business and Exam Review. In addition, you can select from any of the over 300 hours of education in the comprehensive Vision Expo program to make up the hours in your OptiCon package.

ABO & NCLE Exam Review Courses & Testing

ABO & NCLE is excited to offer exam review courses for the National Opticianry Competency Exam (NOCE) and the Contact Lens Registry Exam (CLRE) for both basic and advanced levels at OptiCon @ Vision Expo. All exam review courses will be taught by current National Federation of Opticianry Schools (NFOS) faculty.

The NOCE and the CLRE, as well as the ABO and NCLE Advanced Exams, the Online Spectacle Practical Exam, and the Online Contact Lens Practical Exam will be administered at Vision Expo East on Sunday, March 18, 2018. If you would like to register to sit for any of these exams at Vision Expo East, please contact ABO-NCLE directly at 703-719-5800.
